Shipping policy

We have 72 hours maximum (business days - we don't prepare and ship orders during week-ends, public holidays and religious holidays) to prepare your order and ship it, except if there is an issue with your order - in this case we will email as soon as possible.

It then usually takes 1/2 business days to ship to the west coast and 3/4 business days to ship to the east coast. Please note that carriers don't operate during week-ends and national holidays.

And we cannot be held responsible for delays as it is up to the carrier company to deliver your order within the deadlines they undertake to respect.

We may be able to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. If you need expedited shipping
please write to us via WhatsApp.

International shipping

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges.

Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Processing - Delivery Times - Returns

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.

Devo Limited wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Any return request after 7 days of the order being delivered only qualifies for store credit. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached and unworn. Please WhatsApp us with your return request within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Return requests made 14 days after your order was delivered will result in a final sale.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account once your refund has been confirmed. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer expenses

Customer is responsible for shipping and any applicable tax or duties (for international orders).

Devo Limited wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order we will accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival (*only for non discounted items).

All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached, and unworn.

US returns or exchanges

For US returns or exchanges please follow the steps here.

US Exchanges are free.
US Returns: there is a $9.95 restocking fee for US customers and we supply the return label.

If the return contains more than one item, an additional charge of $9.95 will be deducted per item returned.

International returns or exchanges

For international returnsor exchanges, please submit our return request form. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Returns & exchanges deadlines

In any case, you have 7 days from the date your item was delivered to submit a return or exchange request. If you have issue submitting the returnor exchange request form write to us via our WhatsApp. To avoid ordering pieces that you're not sure of, we stronggly recommend you to write to us on WhatsApp so we can help you choose the right size. 
 

Any return request made after 7 days of the order being delivered will be considered final sale. You will only qualify for a store credit. You'll have 14 days to qualify for store credit. To do so, you'll have to request it via WhatsApp.
