Ordering & delivery

1. Ordering

1.1 To order one of our gowns, please get in touch with us so we could help you order the correct size.

1.2 Note: All Devo Couturier gowns are handmade. Each gown is made to order and requires a 12 week minimum lead time. 

We do offer a rush service on our gowns if the fabric is available and there is room in the production schedule to do so. The fees are as follows:

Anything less then 12 weeks but more then 4 weeks will incur a rush fee of USD $150.00

Anything less then 4 weeks will incur a rush fee of USD $250.00

2. Delivery

2.1 We do ship internationally, but costs differ per country/location. It is also the customer’s responsibility (not Devo Couturier’s) to pay duties/customs taxes upon arrival to your country. Please be sure to check these regulations with your local customs office before placing your order to budget for these costs.

Returns & exchanges

Return policy

As all Devo Couturier gowns and separates are made to order for each individual bride, we do not accept returns or exchange for any reason, other then in the unlikely event of there being a major fault with the item. 

If you do change your mind after your order has been confirmed you have two options:

1.     You can forfeit the 50% and Devo Couturier will keep your gown. 

2.     You can pay the remaining 50% and have the gown completed and sent to you. 

All items are quality controlled at the Devo Couturier quality control team before being sent out to customers. In the unlikely event something is missed, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement. If a major fault is found you will be entitled to a full refund, which would be determined by our quality control team. 

If you find a problem with your purchase upon receiving the item/s then you must notify Devo Couturier within 3 days and return the item within 7 days. 

To notify us of any problems, please email through your order number, name, detailed description of the fault and photographs to hello@devocouturier.com

If you do need to return any items please email through to hello@devocouturier.com and we will give you further instructions on where to return the goods to.
